Imitation Crab Meat Sushi Rice
4 cups of cooked rice, prepared for sushi
1 cup of imitation crab meat chopped 1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup chopped round onion
1 cup chopped shitake mushrooms (cooked)
1 tablespoon wasabi paste
Spread rice in a 8 x 10 baking pan
Mix ingredients and spread over rice.
Bake until brown (about 15 minutes)
Serve with nori and kaiware sprouts (radish sprouts), for hand rolled sushi.
