Joyce Fujimoto's Creamsicle Cake
1 box white cake mix
1 3-oz orange Jell-O
1 c. boiling water
1/2 c. cold water
Bake cake according to directions on box. Cool. Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water, then add cold water. Cool. Use large end of chopsticks to poke holes in cake. Pour Jell-O over cake.
Frosting:
1 box instant vanilla pudding (3 oz)
1 c. milk
1 cool whip 8 oz.
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. orange extract
Beat pudding and milk till thick. Mix in cool whip, vanilla, and orange extract. Frost cake and refrigerate.
