Pistachio Dessert
1 sleeve Ritz crackers
3 tbs. melted butter
1 1/4 cups water
1 box Jell-O Pistachio Pudding
½ gallon vanilla ice cream
4 oz. tub Cool Whip
3 Heath or Skor candy bars
Crush crackers and mix with butter. Spread in a 9” X 12” pan and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until brown. Let cool.
Mix water with pudding and beat for 2 minutes. Pour mixture into softened ice cream and mix well. Pour onto the cracker crust and freeze. Crush candy bars and when ready to serve spread Cool Whip onto cake and sprinkle the crushed candy over the top.
