Aunty Helen’s Clam Lomi
1 can seasoned baby clams
5 or 6 stems watercress, chopped 1 inch long
2 stalks green onion, chopped
Mix all ingredients together, including the clam juice. Refrigerate.
Optional: sprinkle with shiofuki konbu.

Imitation crab meat sticks
Aji-tsuke Nori
Chiso Leaves (beefsteak leaves)
Wrap crab sticks with chiso leaves. Then wrap it with the nori and deep fry.
