Cranberry
Relish
In a food processor,
mix:
Two, 12 ounce
bags of fresh, raw cranberries. Be sure you wash them first to take
out the duds!
Three medium size apples (I use green, red, and yellow for the skin
colors)
After processing
add:
The skin of
two oranges, grated
Juice of three oranges, or 1 cup orange juice
Two cups of granulated sugar.
Store this mix
in a container of your choice in the frig and use as desired. It
will last a month! Every time I server it, people ask for this recipe.
One of my favorite ways to serve this relish is in a papaya half!
